If you look at his 3 negatives, one of them is suspended (scammer backlash), he claims the other is an alt of his and the negative is right after the first one so it makes sense. Third one is explained on the other person's profile where he claims he simply told them their TF2 BP wasn't worth much, the person probably took it as a lowball/scam attempt.

A lot of negatives around here aren't because of scamming, just stupidity.
