Fifth, do you even know what a "shady trader" is? I've been trading for most than a year and I was NEVER reported ANYWHERE. I'm a regular at Steam Trades, one of the best and most legit steam trading groups ever. I did SEVERAL Paypal transactions and NEVER scammed anybody (Because scamming is fucking stupid anyway, if I can't afford something I just wait until I can. My library is big enough to be able to wait for the next sale).
