If me --It is just me -- I will never buy multiple copies of expensive games from low rep guy, it's very risky -- no offense to them
but instead, will find someone with massive high rep like HalmyAK or Charismazo or Kpaxxx or any other sellers with massive high rep (For me)
He might have bought it from someone who bounced their payment and resold it to you.
probably coz all game owner look diffrent on revoke report. but that isn't excuse

Having a private profile doesn't necessarily mean that he's a scammer. I've a private profile and I have never scammed anyone before.
Lol i know it doesn't necessarily mean that he's a scammer but that's the basic guideline anywhere not to trade with someone with a private profile and it's even enforceable at some sites to not have a private profile to be allowed to trade.
