mmmhhh, normally someone you blocked should show up in your friendlist and marked as "blocked"
however, i cant find you anywhere in my friendship list.
Since all communication between us on Steam is blocked I just tried to remove you from my friends list and to add you again.
However, I cannot add you anymore because Steam says that communication between you and me has been blocked:

I definitely did not block you - why should I ? I am desperately trying to stay in contact with you to solve our issue. So I strongly assume that you blocked me. This would explain why you don't receive my messages, why I cannot send you trade offers anymore and also why your status is indicated as offline to me all the time (even when you're online).
Please check your friends / blocked users list and unblock me so that we can continue conversation on Steam and finally solve this issue. In the image below you can see my blocked users list and that you are not blocked by me - otherwise you would be on my list. I also marked where you need to click to unblock me:
