They're Brawhalla game keys. I think I had them before the game went free. From what I remember free to play games don't drop trading cards. Games activated with steam keys will.
It's just my curiosity at this point, so sorry for asking, but wouldn't this make the key really expensive?
I don't think so. It's typically games that get delisted or are no longer for sale where the keys become valuable. I don't even see Brawlhalla base game keys available on grey market. It's even possible the steam keys were revoked when the game went free.
