Yes it's on sale but in the US for 4.99, so for them its a good deal to grab it for 1,5k. I can't sell it for less than that, otherwise I'm making loss (and already have that bundle, sorry :/)

Probably because it's even cheaper in his country or he values keys at 2$+, I do count them as 1,5-1,6$ (bought keys via Paypal for that price a couple of times). Feel free to trade with him, it's a good deal but I can't do that unfortunately :/
