Assuming that it's from a video card/cpu promotion, is it already activated or would the buyer need to have the hardware to activate themselves?

PermalinkIt's from the amd promotion yeah, but it spat out a code instead of the usual amd-activation which requires the hardware-activation. Like in Dead island 2 for an example.
Hmm, i'd definitely be interested in psychonauts 2 + dmc hd collection.
