Is the profile linked to steamtrades is the same person u talked? i was once scammed by a philipine but Paypal itself paid me,back

I've just talked to Paypal,and they escalated it to paypal claim.. That's such a terrible thing to do. and neobadass Arma 2: Combined Operations CD Keys in this format: 1AB2C-D3FGH-456I7 :) It's sad :( i really hope this is going to get resolved, i am definantly not going to purchase things off steam trades that is a CD KEY. :(

I know, im very sad.. :( I will never go first. nor will i ever go for the CD KEY's unless they go first.. :( I've set out a claim on paypal, and i am hoping it gets resolved.. :(
