hmm, maybe because Dark Souls was not available in his region ? I dont see it in my store, too. :/ I'm really sceptic about activating through VPN :/

I don't think I have ever heard anyone getting banned because of using VPN to activate a game. Don't quote me on this though.
I read some topics of Russian sellers, and i checked guys who bought games from them and activated them by VPN (i checked where they live, too). And no one of them didnt get banned by steam. So, i have to ask: Will i get the ban for using VPN to activate Russian gifts ? Also, has someone already got banned by steam for using VPN ? Thanks ! (Maybe there are some gramatical mistakes in my text xD )
