i checked all the games and the price diff between EUR and my region is almost 50% and as far as im concerned, unless u have 5% or such, you wont be able to gift games ( youre gonna see region restriction thing while doing it ) .. i wish i could help!

not at all .. i learned recently you can trade tf2 keys without any trade restrictions for a week .. also the fact that you despite the restrictions, you can always put anything on the market right away once u receive it so yeah.. but note that you're gonna get a little less in value when insta selling , and steam takes a cut of 15% fee ( i think ) on top of that.. i dont wanna make this all complicated for u but i kinda wanted to buy a in-game currency and i only see one individual trading it here atm and he doesnt have the correct region that i wanted ..
