Not trying to be a dick, just trying to understand the logic, as I have low rep as well, but how come you wouldn't trade with him? If he is giving you TF2 keys, and he is going first, and you are the only giving him an origin key that is against SteamTrades.com's policy, and you have a lower rep than him, why are you SO against not trading with him? I don't know either of you personally and don't mean this as an attack, but at face value, you would be the one who is leaning more towards "scammer" in that situation.
