Guy tried to sell to me as well, but he seemed fishy as hell.

This is the same thing that happened with my some days ago,I added him to blacklist.
He said that he want trade some of my games to CS:GO and sent me the scan of CS:GO card http://i.imgur.com/Jvbkd.png.
But then he said that the game is really value and he can't give it first.

He can keep changing his name all he wants, it wont matter. Just go to http://steamrep.com/index.php?id=76561198038147207 and click on the link below "Historical Data:" and it will take u to his profile.

Gonna bump this topic every day to warn others.

Thanks for the warning, guys like this belong on a ban list.

2. Report violation
3. Suspected Cheater

So if u do happen to get scammed, instantly check his account on steamrep.com incase he changes his name / url. So u will always have a direct link to the scammers account. Start a topic here (steamtrades.com) (incase others have experiance with the scammer and to warn others) and contact steamrep to get the scammer on the site. After that just simply start a support ticket on steam. Provide the links. Guess steam does something with the reports, which is good :).
