The worth of gifts are higher because they are probably traded or bought from steam store.

PermalinkI was bolstering your point, though you're correct, i wasn't necessarily clear about it. For example, Brutal legend gifts would be worth more than brutal legend codes, merely because the codes came in with a very affordable bundle. Civ. 5, a free code, should really be worth tatters and scraps.
