(You just have to put a random USA address situated in Utah or New mexico state and it's 7.49 USD flat, if you put an address in a state like New York I think amazon will charge you an extra fee)
However, amazon only accepts credit cards (mine doesn't have sufficient funds now) so I am looking if anyone kind enough is able to buy the bundle and pass me the keys, in exchange for TF2 keys and/or some steam/origin game keys. (like dead space and dead space 3)
