If paying paypal, you must go first.
I also accept TF2 keys. I value keys at $1.25 per key, but add 10% to the price due to the hassle of selling keys. If the game is non-tradable, whoever has less rep goes first.
I can provide proof-of-purchase for retail (boxed) games upon request. Upon completion of payment, I'll open the box and send you the steam/origin/battle.net key for the game. If you'd like the physical unopened box shipped to you, let me know and we might be able to work something out (depending on the country).
