Well, reselling Humble Bundle is illegal too, and it is against EULA, so your warning is like hypocrisy...
While I'm making a profit by reselling the bundles charities get donations,
The company who runs the bundle & the HiB guys get paid,
and the buyer keeps his games, unlike people who steal money and run away with it.
People who can't pay with creditcard/paypal or don't want to find this trade convenient,
So it's a win-win-win for all the 3 sides.
It is against Terms of Servise and End User Licence Agreement. No arguments on that. You can give it completely for charity, it doesn't matter, they don't allow that, therefore it is illegal. Just warning you. It is not even permisible to gift the games on steamgifts, I asked them about this and they said me it that is not permissible ;)
