Re-trade won gift and not leave FEEDBACK and avoid me for 3 days. It wouldn't be such a big deal but i do 2 giveaways monday, and 2 on friday. and i couldn't because he didn't press a damn button.

If he doesn't provide the right feedback in a week, you should submit a ticket under "Request Received Feedback" category and attach these screenshots into ticket's description, so we'll be able to handle it quickly.

can he get banned for a couple of weeks or something? i want justice.
He already got a suspension for not activating his wins and surely he'll get another one if he doesn't activate Darkout, but he has a week to activate it and provide the right feedback.
He's going to have a problem doing that as i immediately gave the key to a friend and had them activate it. He tried to trade a gift, and repeatedly ignored pleasant reminders over several days. When i saw the trade post i went a little nuts. there was just no way i was going to let him do that.
now i get the feeling i'm going to get censured somehow.

Since you gave the key to your friend, now he should mark the giveaway as "not received".
but as far i knew, he could trade any second. and i just really didn't want him to benefit from that kind of dishonesty. I guess we wait the 7 days and then it goes down as a cancelled giveaway?

We cannot delete the giveaway without the winner agreeing to this. If you ask him and he agrees to delete this giveaway, please ask him to post on the giveaway page to mention his confirmation or you can attach to the ticket a screenshot of chat/email and then we can proceed.
Otherwise, if you want a positive feedback, you could wait until his suspension end, then you could provide him a valid key for Darkout.
I would like to hope that he learned the rules so he is going to activate his wins from now on.

just saw his thread where he was actually trying to retrade it. gave the key to a friend who immediately activated it. going to the mods.
what was most annoying? i kept, nicely, reminding him he had a game. nothing. no feedback for 3 days meaning i couldn't put another giveaway up.
i am super pissed right now.
