If you contact Steam support they can replace that with the uncensored version. Unless you're in Germany or Australia.

PermalinkThey did it for me. But I had the game installed. Can't say for sure if they'll do it while it's still in your inventory. But it's worth asking :)

PermalinkIt was a few days. They're not very fast to respond, but when they did they switched the version in my account and I just had to re-download it to get the uncut version. I then played it a little bit to check for disappearing bodies etc and confirmed it was uncut.
