Yeah, I see that it was his /id/ link not /profile/ link. It is certainly suspicious, but as you didn't trade anything it is really nothing more.

That's where you need to report them and if they feel the need, they'll mark him as a scammer.
yeah this guy tried to trade for my $25 game for $13 he kept switching games and eventually stopped talking when i asked for a better deal he goes by fz16 here and when i went to write a review he copied the thing i wrote down and pasted it on my profile
Unless you got scammed with conclusive proof, don't report him at all. You'll just end up in trouble as well.
