Its simply not worth the risk. Paypal transactions can easily be cancelled.

Buyer has more protection than a seller on PayPal sadly
There are some loopholes.
if the buyer funded their paypal payment via a card then they can do a chargeback directly via their card company.
or if the buyer does not have enough funds in their bank account at the time of paying then the payment would fail and if you still had the funds that paypal credited to you in advance at the time then paypal would take them back again.
