Sorry for saying this, you gave him -rep saying he offered $2.5 for Arma-X while you ADDED him to offer and he refused your Spec Ops key, not Arma-X. By the way, I can see that you're running around whining like a child, and you totally showed your rage in the chat log. He doesn't also give a damn about it. His point of view to the Spec-Ops key is totally acceptable, he could buy Spec Ops for $5 or less - everyone can be a smart user.
