Paid him for the BioShock key, the key was used. He came up with several excuses for why he couldn't refund my money and said he's resolve the issue by talking to PayPal today. When I went offline last night he deleted me and blocked me.
Unfortunately he's 16 and living off of his mother's money and doesn't realise I can simply refund the money through my bank. I also have details which I'll be forwarding the relevant people to make sure he isn't able to do this again.
Ohh That's sad ! And If you Got Proof or chat log You Should Post into Steamrep To get him marked as scammer .. Though He have A number of negative saying he scammed them ..
