Since recently I have been scammed with another account - a buyer from ebay, purchased a similar account and then after a month chargebacked the money, I will be introducing my own measurements of safety.
Paypal and ebay didn't do a thing to help me with this situation and I lost around 350€ on it, therefor, please do not purchase if You don't agree to my terms:
(For people familiar with tf2 trading, this step will be obvious - I can also provide reputation on steamtrades / sourceop, if someone would like that) Because paypal doesnt consider virtual items sent over email as delivered goods, and therefore I have no proof of sending You the account details in case a potential buyer charges back transaction, I require that You include this note in the payment via paypal note: "I (YOUR EBAY NICKNAME) am paying for a virtual item that I have recieved and will not chargeback.". I will also not accept payment from unverified paypal users (Will return money and ask ebay for auction refund, so please do not purchase if Your account is not verified).
After successful completion of term 1. I will send You account login and password and invite you from smurf account that I use for guidance. According to new safety measures implemented by RIOT You need safety code from email the account is bound to change password / email. I will help You change password if You wish, however, email will be changed to the one You desire after a month since transaction completion when I am 100% positive there will be no chargebacks.
