What server, RP/IP balance, what champions and skins are owned? Was it levelled specifically to get to level 30 for trade (e.g. all games played on bots so there's no mmr)? Any ranked history?

eu west free transfer to east skins is in info cahmps all 6300 half 4800 and some 1350 champs its normal acc ranked history is good

What does "skins is in info cahmps" mean? What's the IP/RP balance on the account currently? I'm asking because I'd need to pay to transfer it, and it'll make a difference to it's value. Has it been banned or warned?
