Plenty... but not in the price/discount bracket that I usually trade for.

You'll definitely get a better deal trading your game/s for TF2 keys (and then trading those for TWD:SI) - or buying from another trader using Paypal - than I'm willing to give you (I value those games as $12+$6+$5 because that's what I'd be willing to pay for them.)
Except I've paid them in euros, value paid in your currency : 30+15+30. Good luck anyway to find someone ready to sell you Dragonborn for 5 dollars.
I won't waste three gifts, including a well-wanted DLC and well-wanted game, no matter their sale prices, for a game pretty few people want to play, and for which I won't put more than 20 bucks (on your currency of course).

How much a trader paid for their games is largely irrelevant: it's how much the other trader is willing to pay/trade for them that matters.
In this case, I'm not willing to pay market value - hence my comment regarding TF2 keys / Paypal. :)
