EDIT: i don't see how the ROW version should be possible for 17 keys. if you sell the 17 keys, you have around 31$. Batman Origins costs 37$ in brazil steam store. not possible. the only cheaper version is RU+CIS version - which i think is fine, since it seems to only be purchase-restricted to these countries. but it is not the ROW version, it is the RU+CIS version. so please, guys, tell him that he won't buy a ROW version from you as he wants.
Don't know yet. I've added him to discuss since i have a offer 18 keys for a version none tagged. It's just BAO pre-purchase and don't have any (RU/CIS) at the end.
