Done some more research and asked a mate, and found 7.5 keys is more reasonable if this is do-able for you.

I completely understand you math, and the current retail prices.
But if I am going to pay retail, it makes more sense for me to either wait for the next sale or bundle, use my humble discount or find someone that want to trade their bundled game for one or two of mine.
I value my TF2 keys at the price I'd get for them on steam market, and 1.60 is simply wait too low.
I am patient. If I can't get the game for 5, or at most 6 TF2 keys, then I can wait.
If I get desperate, I can get it for 9.89 on ebay.
