10 keys is almost no profit at all. The game is currently selling for $5 a copy, so 10 keys is a few cents of profit a key, depending on the market.
As for the games, I'll decline. I don't have Far Cry 3, but given troubles with playing Blood Dragon, I don't really want to deal with UPlay again. Sorry.
The Walking Dead: Survival Instinct (14 copies available) - 3 TF2 keys per copy, or 4 copies for 11 keys if you want to buy in bulk. Can also list an item in Steam market at $6 + Valve fees per copy.
