As I see, you might be pretty new to trading and the value of keys might be weird to you. It is about their worth AFTER Gaben tax + that they can be very easily acquired by trading for real money.

If you gifted, then Steam won't help you. You were warned about that. Refund via paypal will get you banned/blocked.
You could still try making tickets to support how this guy cheated you about trade by posing as me, MAYBE they will help you and refund your purchase.
I tried to do that, but i've found nowhere the option for support ticket... I think it doesn't exist anymore... :\
