Basically I send you the 4-pack you open the 4-pack and it adds 1 copy of the game to your library and you send the other 3 gifted copies back to me. In order to qualify for this you either must have 14 keys as collateral or have a large amount of reputation on either here or steamtrades (its a matter of trust). Basically though you get the game for 3 keys.
