Every time you give a fake rep there will be chance you are giving it to a scammer who will use it to steal somebody's games.

Oh, this is just perfect for the scammers. I am talking out of experience. I've seen people offering free codes for rep, free cards, gems etc. Also every time I offer games for 2-3 cards a bunch of soon-to-be scammers start messaging me. I've learned not to give them rep for such trades.
Yeah... Scammer, the Deemons of Steam...
(I also think that it is the fact, you have 2.347 +Rep, you are more likely contact by Scammer)
