As long as you explain to ppl and volunteer to go first with ppl with higher rep (trade only with 10+ rep) then you should be fine.
Can you post the link to his actual profile so people can block him. Your pictures don't mean much since he probably already changed his info.
He tried to get my Tomb Raider too the bastard.
He might have another scammer friend the second he deleted me this guy shows up and wanna trade and of course I go first so fishy be aware of him too:

You should ask your friend to contact Steam support, your friend traded gifts with him, so the Inventory History might record the trade. There is a chance that your friend will get his games back
it's obviously just a scammer's account. It has few games and was made this year. Sorry but this guy is probably going to reappear again under a different name. Just have to live and learn.

This Guy Kraljina^ Is a Scammer. My Friend "POSEDATUL" he traded with him , he lost his Resident Evil:5 And Post Apocalyptic Mayhem both Gifts! This Guy Karljina^ Promised Him To Give Far cry 3 Origin Key For These 2 gifts.
But He didn't gave him and he blocked him.
