PermalinkI would suggest removing your -rep from them as that type of response on the rep pages for one thing is a no-no and is specified that leaving that type of -rep will go against you getting your own -rep removed. Also, if you haven't already...explain in full details what happened including any screenshots you may have and since it's been so long try asking them again on that ticket if anything will be done about it. It usually takes about 1 week minimum for them to get to a ticket. I've submitted mine twice and have had them removed both times.
As far as them impersonating you that should be reported to SteamRep.com.
