All I'm looking for is Cold Fear. It is literally the only thing I want to trade Napoleon for, and you have no idea how hard it has been to do that.

Well it's because unfortunately Napoleon is VERY unwanted in the trade market, no matter its price. Same goes for Meatboy which is in the same situation. Steam prices dont matter much for the Trading Market :/
I'd prefer either Titan Attacks or Defy Gravity, but whatevs.
