You can't do anything about it unfortunately but it's probably worth reporting him on http://steamrep.com if you have proof
report on steamrep using his 64 id. Custom id can be easily changed as you have just seen.

yes, i see MartinoNe and Peroxide in his past aliases. Report on steamrep using this id and if you still have screenshots of your chat with him, it will help.
You can try reporting him to steam but as you traded keys, I am not too sure they will bother. If they do, the guy will get trade banned. You can report him by clicking on the right 'report violation' and so on.
He's not going to. You've been scammed. Report him to SteamRep with any evidence you have.
Scammers always target new traders. It is so obvious he is a scammer too. He hides behind a private profile and changes his name a lot. I see some of the names he has chosen are high rep traders.

A user named MartioNE agreed to trade with me his TES IV Oblivion GOTY Deluxe and his Portal 2 in exchange for my Bioshock 1 andmy Bioshock 2.
Like he has much more rep than me here(he , 15, me 1) i went first and typed both keys.
He used the keys, blocked me and changed the name of the account, now is Peroxide.
If someone knows if i can do something just tell me (this happenslike 20 min ago)
