I heard something about mogstation being able to help you with it and it not working initially, but I'm not sure on that. I could go first if you want though
In any case, I just looked at the instructions of it as I have it boxed and it makes no mention of it being regio-locked specifically. The only thing that points at that is the website it directs you to for code activation, which has EU in it. Still don't know if it would possibly work on NA accounts right now though

Why at such a low price? Cause I bought the game with the intention to play together with a 60 day game-time card in a local store with some credit I got for there, but didn't find the time to do so and don't think I will ever do. hence the lower price, as I don't need it anyway.
It's a Game-Time Card bought in an European Store, so it will only work for Europeans, please keep that in mind!
