Are the 4-Pack even tradable? As far as I know you can't buy them as a gift, you have to buy for yourself which means you only end-up with 3 copies in your inventory and one added to your library. Or am I missing something?

i have Same Question , as far as i know u couldn't buy a 4-Pack as a Gift up till some months ago , but recently i see ppl selling 4 Packs ! maybe they changed it ? now if i buy a 4-Pack , i use 1 Myself ? or can i gift all 4 of it to 4 dif of my friends ?
