Why would anybody pay same price as on US Steam + additional fees and possibility to be scammed?

Permalinkall is simlpe - i sell some stuff in steam market and cant take money back, and i purchase games, and can sell for same price to be fair.
And i have 600 positive feedbacks in steam, and a lot of feedback on other websites.
