Your Pure Pool offer is not going to get met unless you plan on bumping this thread for the next 3-6 months. It's a day old game and you're not even offering 50% of its value. It's rarity in the respect that the cheapest version of the game is not sold in Russia. The Brazilian store is about $0.40 less than the US, so its easily a 4+ key game right now. If you buy keys on the market, its actually cheaper to just buy it from Steam.
