It's 4.95 keys, so if you have 30 cards that currently have plenty of buy offers of .50 each on the market so that I could easily sell them and afford 4.95 keys after fees...sure. But only in that particular case.

Also known as sorry, can't do cards. It's too much work checking their values, too much work selling them, too much lost to Steam fees, plus haven't received a fair offer in them since, well, ever (in the years since cards first came out^).
