I would swap for a good game or a four pack of something. There is one trader here that is asking for 25 keys for it but I don't want that much.
I would swap it for DayZ or something similar maybe even offer sacks of gems to make up the difference.
I will not buy anything else. Do not offering other offers or wallet (read as buy any gift) or keys for games.

I delete planetary annihilation now, mass effect 2 own as key, but iam REALLY interested in 10 games maybe from wishlist. Bundled / cheap games are on very low priority.
