Someone else tried to scam me in the exact same way a few days back.i was in a hurry so i didn't note the page url carefully and nearly fell for the trap.But steam guard saved me.well after i logged in it said that i was logging in from a new comp. and needed to check my email for confirm. code.Then i knew that i was a phishing target since i was already logged on to ST so the confirm. msg should not appear.Hence i strongly advice people to enable STEAM GUARD and BEWARE of such PHISHING ATTACKS.

2 people added me with the same scam today.One send a link with steamcommunityi.com.
Be careful people.
Some people add you saying "My friend can't add you, can you add him ?" and send you a fake Steam page.
They send you a link of "steamcommunmity.com" it look a lot like steamcommunity.com.Be careful for every link about Steam, especially if it wants you to log-in again.
