I've not got any zombie games, but Gone Home has kind of a spooky atmosphere. I'm playing through it right now, and I really like it. It's not CoD though. It reminds of me of the old resident evil games in the sense that you gather notes and find things that slowly reveal the story. I've got it available for 7 ref (most are asking for 1 key).
