No, as bta tier 1 is $6.50, and I value tf2 keys @ $2 each, 3 is undercost.
I could lower it to 3x tf2 keys + 6x refine metals (or 30 cards).

If I'm not mistaken, Enola was in at least two seperate $1 bundles, so I have to reject 1x tf2 key on principal.
