Maybe you meant it like 14/18 and not 18/14? I doubt you will be able to find newly released Pillars for that price, while Divinity is fairly easier to find at that price.
I could tell you some webs where you can find that prices (PoE) :/ But even so I'm looking for it here, because I prefer to trade with another user and gain another point :D

14$ is even lesser than price Russians get it for, so I bet you couldn't tell me any webs with such price :P Anyway, you can get your copy on G2A, it's not 14 of course, but still cheapest offer (I'm 99% sure) you would find at this moment.
Oh, When I said some webs I meant G2A (I wasn't sure If I could put it or not :P) ... So U can get a copy of PoE for 14.23-14.24 EUR ~ 15.30 USD ... So I figured that here I could find cheaper, but If there is the lower prize perfect, and thanks again :D
