Long story short: A trader offered Dishonored GOTY, but had RHCP instead, which is the russian localization. It's the full game including all DLCs and the languages English, Russian, Czech, Hungarian and Polish.
Yet, I'm interested in the common version of the GOTY-Edition, containing German, English, French, Spanish etc.

After a long battle with the Steam support, they were kind enough to remove my game and put it pack as a Gift into my inventory
