yes, and i have Tropico 4 Collectors Bundle (gift), as you can see in my link. not interested in it plus anything else for sim city? i would add like 1-3 games to Tropico. i have some nice tradables and keys. just have a look at my list. :)
Actually you have to redeem that copy of Simcity 2013 before March 25th to get the free EA Game. After redeeming it, you have until March 30th to claim your free EA game. This means that the code will not include a free EA game anymore in the next few hours.

no your post states that if the game is activated before march 30th you get the free EA game, but I'm saying from my interpretation of the EA website that is not true.THERE IS LESS THAN 3 HOURS TO ACTIVATE SIMCITY 2013 BEFORE THE FREE EA GAME OFFER IS INVALID.
My post has a link to the official EA announcement where it clearly states that the game must be redeemed today, and the title of this thread has "Activate today", I'm sure people know whats going on
