I believe this is a steam key from the Season Pass holders of Assassins Creed Unity on Steam. Price should be at least around 15 and 20 max i think but considering it's a Steam version where ROW cost a lot than it's Uplay version then it's understandable the owner wants a higher value.
Fair enough, but 24 keys is still the price the Steam Gift copy was going at the sale 2 or 3 days ago. I even saw it for 22 on reddit. So, in my opinion, 24 keys is still a bit expensive for a Key of the game, even if Steam version is more valuable. Maybe it should be somewhere in between 15 and 20+. Not my call though.
For the price that you're asking, that's a bargain for you. Yes, slash is right. I'm going to price it at 22 keys.
