hmm, I'm going to try and double check. I remember reading in the forum it said it does give SE bonuses but they forgot to add that in the description and aren't going to fix it until monday.

Permalinklooking at steamdb it appears that 4 pack gifts do not give SE content now. However a customer service person said it was supposed to, so either it will change or they were wrong. either way the bonuses don't seem that great.
