And I have done everything as a Responsible Citizen so you can understand, how critical situation i was in (some ppl just ignores the situation to rid out their problem, but that's not a good thing to handle it. Running away from a situation means to ignore the problem) And actually I experienced such impersonation thing for first time. My Time of Trade was bad actually I think.

Well, get screenshot of that chat and unpload in sites like prnt.sc, then you can -Rep him and posting that link on the review. Unfortunately there's no way to get your stuff back, but at least this would alert other traders he hasn't changing at all.
He got 4 -Rep in the past, and one of those showed how this guy scammed they and he didn't really care about give a reply.
Or it could be this is just a missunderstanding and he will actually solve this once he get home. In any case, i wish you luck pal

Man You know, I was urgently needing money so I redeemed these games from Gamehag (My Time was on Stakes for the number of gems I claimed for these games on gamehag) and put them on Sale and even I wanted to find trades faster so I joined Steamtrades for the first time.
And plus I am a New Borned Gamer, You know How I felt, I stopped my heart from not activating the Game into my account and so I thought of selling them for urgent money. Recently Found my Old Treasures - From More than 10 Years from Past - Trading Cards which I value the Most, So was needing Money so that I can buy a Card Holder - which is more expensive I thought, So I thought to get some extra money from Selling my Games.
And now my both path got blocked, none of my game are working now and also I didn't got money. So its a Huge Loss + plus all my sweat and time of Gamehag Lost if this is actually a Scam.
I am a IT Engineer, I dont Care about Scam, but the One who have done scam needs to be pay back from a x100% losses, so that he will understand how bad this crime he have done.
Please Tell me a Way so that his Account gets completely Ban, Vac Ban and everything, I can do as I have got Proofs. He is having like 5500 games in Account. I know he have bought most of them, which is someone's lifetime earning you know. So he must understand how it feels to like losing all his 5500 Games from his Account.

There's no specific way to ban, or not as far as i know, but yeah, you could send that pics to steam support, not sure if that'd work since i never did it before, but worth a shot

According to my Theory, That Guy shared my Key or Activated it into Alt or Gave it to a Friend. Here's a Screenshot: He said he already have a Game Activated and shared me this Image:
After that So that I can not read or share chat History, he unfriended me, which made it lose our chat history. And he said that his Bot Unfriended me. If he have already activated my games to other account. Then Honestly he should give me the Promised Amount.
But Still I believe him as He gave me Positive Feedback and Talked Positively and was the First Person to Trade with me.
As per the above chat, he also said here that he will add me back as friend when he will reach home, maybe he is outing or maybe busy.
That's what I think.

Yesterday he contacted me (he's been on my friend list for a very long time but I don't remember him and I never traded with him).
He offered me a trade for $ 100 at a good Ratio but I had to go first.
I offered him to do the exchange in 3 parts ($ 33 $ 33 $ 33) but he wanted at all costs that we do it in one time, then he offered me to do the trade-in two parts $ 70 then the rest.
He intimidated me with his + rep but in the end I refused at the last moment because I had a feeling that he will steal me.
